1. Terms of Delivery :

2. Above rates shall be net and final. Rates are subject to change at company's discretion.

3. Rates are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

4. Order shall be processed only after purchase order is received.
|
|
5. Delivery of material shall be as per mutual consideration after purchase order is received.
|
|
6. Goods once purchased shall not be taken back.
|
|
7. All transactions shall be subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction Only.
|
|
8. Billing and Delivery shall be done through our authorised dealer.
|
|
9. All rates are inclusive of GST.
